The support ticketing system is constantly monitored whereas email enquires are sometimes overlooked. This happens very rarely but does happen where the incoming mail may be placed in the SPAM folder of our email client whereas support tickets are always received.
A support ticket is normally answered within 24hrs.
In times of increased demand we will always maximise our support to keep turnaround times to a minimum.
