Yes we offer support through our ticketing system which you will be able to access through the client area once your product has been active. We will reply to enquires through the ticketing system.

WordPress can be easily installed through our Softaculous Auto Installer found in the cPanel dashboard.

For an additional fee we can also install WordPress for you along with  a theme of your choice. We also offer a site migration service.

As standard, we do not automatically backup sites. It is the clients responsibility to have their files and databases backed up and securely stored in a safe location.

We do offer the facility for you to be able to easily create regular backups through the app within the cPanel dashboard. We also have additional packages available to purchase which create backups at intervals. Please contact us for more information on this software.

You are not locked into any contract, however, a refund will not be issued for any period paid for should you wish to move your hosting to another provider. But you are free to move hosting at the end of or during and period of hosting paid for.

Please also note that should you wish to move we can withhold files all the while any invoice outstanding remains unpaid. Invoice should also be paid and fully up to date at all times to stop any termination automation being carried out which may lead to the deletion of your files.
